Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your item(s), and they are not damaged, we will be happy to accept the item back, assuming it is in good condition and has NOT been WORN or WASHED.

 

ONLINE ORDERS

Returns and exchanges will be honored up to 30 DAYS after the package has arrived based on the tracking information.

Online Orders: Getting a Refund

You can request a refund on items purchased within 30 days via your customer account or by emailing shop@mayhemnation.com and provide them with your order information. Once we have received your item(s) we will refund your payment.

Online Orders: Exchanges

Please email shop@mayhemnation.com and provide them with your order information as well as the item you would like to exchange for. We will then send you a prepaid shipping label (if the order you received was incorrect or damaged) and check to ensure the product you would like to exchange for is still available. 

Online Orders: Damages

Please email shop@mayhemnation.com and provide them with your order information and photos of the damaged item(s). 

IN STORE PURCHASES:

To return items in the store, you must provide your original receipt within 30 days of the original purchase.

In-Store Purchases: Getting a Refund

Please return the item in the store. If it is not possible to bring the item to the store, shipping will be paid by the customer to send the item(s) back. Please contact us prior to shipping it back to let us know it is being returned. 

In-Store Purchases: Exchange an Item

We accept exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase. If it is not possible to bring the item(s) back to the store, shipping will be paid by the customer to send the item(s) back. Please contact us and provide them with your order information, as well as the items you need to exchange. 

         **Please allow 72 hours for a response from our Customer Service team before attempting to reach out again as sending multiple emails makes it difficult for us to respond efficiently to requests**
